Product Policy

Due to the rising temperatures, it is very important to keep an eye on when your butters will arrive. Whipped Body Butters will melt in the heat, causing them to appear "half full". To experience the full glory of our products, do not leave your package outside, in the mailbox, or in direct sunlight. *By accepting our Terms & Conditions you acknowledge that Kico Skin is not responsible for melted butters. 

WARNING: Our products are for external use only and as directed. Discontinue use if rash, redness, or itching occurs. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse eyes thoroughly with clean water. Consult your physician if irritation persists. Keep out of reach of children, except under adult supervision. CAUTION: Contains plant-derived oils & extracts from fruits, vegetables, flowers, tree-nuts & seeds. Not for children under 3 yrs.

Refund Policy
At this time we are not offering any refunds. If you are dissatisfied with our product please contact us at kicoskin@gmail.com

Return Policy
Due to sanitary concerns we are not currently accepting returns.

Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To complete your exchange, please email us at Kicoskin@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase for your request. You will be giving approval and details on how to return your item(s). Customers are required to return the product at their own expense at less agreed upon otherwise. 

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be emailed to you for use.
